THE ART WALK PROJECT PARTNERS WITH THE BOSTON PUBLIC LIBRARY!
The Art Walk Project has partnered with The Boston Public Library to produce a series of special edition art walks that highlights some of the historical and innovative public art in two Boston neighborhoods.
Boston, MA (Oct 03, 2025) – The Art Walk Project is excited to present a series of Special Edition Art Walks in collaboration with the Boston Public Library as part of the Boston Public Library’s Revolutionary Art and Social Change programming!
The art walks, which are designed for all ages, encourage people to engage with and explore the public art on our streets and in our public spaces. The two art walks available are in Jamaica Plain and Nubian Square. They are available in print in English and Spanish through the Boston Public Library via downloads, or directly from the Jamaica Plain Branch, Connolly Branch in Jamaica Plain or Shaw-Roxbury Branch in Nubian Square.
As part of this partnership we are also offering a series of In person tours through a series titled "Outside the Frame: Public Art Walks with Julia Swanson." You can find this on the Boston Public Library calendar and through the link provided below. These tours are open to all, free to all and offered in English.
